What’s been happening:

I have lived and worked in New Hamshire since completing my graduate courses at Penn State in 1975 (received the Master's in '78). I have since successfully completed all course work and passed the qualifying examinations for a Doctorate from Brandeis University's Heller School for Social Policy. Patti (who I met at PSU) and I were married in 1976 and have 2 adult daughters; Alli who is a counselor for troubled youth in New Hampshire and Julia who helps run a PR/Communications firm in Scottsdale, AZ. My career has included being the Director of 2 State agencies (substance use & juvenile justice), being a 20 year CEO of a large diversified human services organization, and most recently directing a project within a privately endowed public policy and advocacy organization. I also served in the NH House of Representatives in the mid-80s and may do so again when I retire from full time work.
